You can relax on your Penthouse Apartment balcony and watch the waves roll in, wander across the road for a swim at Buffalo Beach, or treat yourself to a soak at The Lost Spring, where the mineral-rich pools and spa treatments are designed for pure relaxation.
When you’re ready to explore, Whitianga Wharf is close by for fishing trips, wildlife cruises and ferry rides across the bay. Further afield, day trips to Cathedral Cove, Hot Water Beach, Kuaotunu Beach and Coromandel Town showcase the region’s natural beauty and local character. You can also take a scenic drive around the Coromandel Peninsula, where winding roads, forested hills and coastal views make the journey just as memorable as the destinations.
Arrival Information
Check-in time is between 2.00pm and 6.00pm. If you plan to arrive later than 6.00pm, please contact reception during office hours to make arrangements in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept arrivals after 10.00pm.
Our reception is open daily from 8.30am to 6.00pm, and we’re always happy to answer questions or share local recommendations to help you make the most of your stay.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival, or in the case of a non-arrival, will incur a charge equal to the first night’s stay for all apartments booked.
We recommend contacting us as early as possible if your plans change.
Departure Information
Check-out time is 10.00am.
Please ensure you leave your apartment by this time so our team has enough time to prepare the accommodation for the next guests.
If you plan to leave earlier than 8:30am please advise reception on check in.
Accommodation policies
- Children three years old and under stay free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents. Please note that cots and roll-away beds are not available.
- Dogs and other pets are not permitted in the apartments. Please let us know in advance if you have a service animal.
- One standard vehicle parking space is provided per apartment. Parking for oversize vehicles and additional cars is available on the roadside.
- A washing machine and drier with laundry powder available for guest use free of charge on a first in first served basis. Hours 10am – 4pm.
- No parties onsite. All visitors please leave the property by 10pm.
